We support and advise you in the following areas:
- Learning German
- School and career
- Further education and qualification opportunities
- Housing
- Health
- Dealing with authorities, applications and forms
- Information on social benefits
- personal and family problems
Counseling is open to all people, regardless of religion or origin. It is confidential and free of charge. We are happy to offer counseling in your native language upon request.
The counseling is aimed at people with a residence permit of at least one year, or refugees with good prospects of staying (from Syria, Iraq, Iran, Eritrea and Somalia). Counseling is based on your skills and knowledge.
Please note: for immigrants under 27 years of age, there are special offers from the Youth Migration Services.
